Power to Change
A few years ago, now 63-year-old Ellen Bittner realized she had to take control of her life and her health. Too embarrassed to enroll in a class, she began one-on-one training with Vadim Vilensky at Vadim Fitness Studios in Scarsdale, NY. When Vadim returned from a powerlifting competition, Ellen wanted to check it out and was surprised to see female competitors. If they could do it, why couldn't she? - "Just let me see what I can accomplish." Ellen took home a gold medal from her very first competition. Her success and determination have inspired self-confidence never before experienced in her 63 years. In her own words, "You're never too old to try." Now, she's open to new experiences and even went skydiving for the first time.
