Christopher Gholson, better known as Drumma Boy, is a multi-platinum Grammy-nominated producer from Memphis who has worked with artists such as 2 Chainz, Kanye West, T.I. and more.  Recently, Drumma Boy took time off from recording to talk to a group of teens about what it takes to achieve their dreams.  Drawing on his own personal experience as both a producer and rapper, Drumma Boy stresses the importance of hard work and sacrifice.  According to him, it's not about telling kids what to do; it's about letting them know how many incredible options they have in life.
